1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website and our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Our studio provides design-related services, including design systems, UX audits, component clean-up, prototypes, and branding. All services are scoped via written agreement before commencement.
3. Payments
Payment terms are agreed upon in project contracts.
Failure to pay may result in paused or terminated services.
4. Intellectual property
Work created for clients remains the intellectual property of the studio until full payment is received.
Upon payment, ownership rights transfer to the client as agreed in the contract.
We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Limitations
We provide services “as is.” We cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., business performance, revenue increases).
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service contract per the terms agreed in writing.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
